We are a small team and while we do our best to answer as soon as possible, we have compiled answers to some frequently asked questions to provide a faster response to more common queries:

Working at Albatross / Apprenticeships
-> We are not able to offer apprenticeships, internships or work placements.
-> We are only hiring for roles advertised on our linktr.ee/albatrossberlin and instagram @albatrossberlin
-> We only consider job applications for advertised roles.

Cakes, private orders and product reservations
-> We can sometimes accommodate requests for whole cakes: carrot cake, banana bread, lemon & poppy seed or orange & fennel. If you would like to make a request please use the form below and we will be in touch as soon as possible to confirm whether we are able to accept your order.
-> We are unable to reserve items for you to collect in-store unless you have ordered them for pick up via Archipel. 
-> If you would like to request a private order of over 12 pieces, please get in touch via the form below and we will respond as soon as possible to confirm if we can accept your request.
-> If you have a private order of under 12 pieces, please choose from our selection at Archipel – orders can be shipped nationwide, delivered across Berlin by our Rider team, or picked up at Albatross Bakery. If unavailable online, we invite you to visit us at Graefestraße 66 where we are open Monday to Sunday, 08:00-18:00. You will find the widest selection in the mornings and we are open most public holidays.

Wholesale and business customers
-> We are very proud of the ongoing wholesale and business customer relationships we have and are currently able to consider new requests. We currently work with a wide range of businesses in the retail, gastronomy and hospitality spaces. If you would like to work with our products or offer them at your business, please get in touch with us using the form below and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

Sponsoring events
-> We do not sponsor for-profit or just-for-fun events. If you are organising a local fundraiser in Berlin please do get in touch with details, we would love to hear more.
